Your data, your rights

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This policy explains how Addiction Graphics collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit our website or place an order. We handle your data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

01

Who we are

Addiction Graphics ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We are a graphics business based in Ireland selling stickers, slap stickers, car vinyl decals and clothing, including custom-printed items.

Questions about this policy or your data? Contact us at info@addictiongraphics.ie.

02

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

  • Order & contact details — your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and phone number if provided.
  • Order information — the products, bundles or custom items you buy, order value and history.
  • Custom artwork — any image or design file you upload for a custom sticker or garment.
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Account data — if you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name, email, profile picture).
  • Messages — anything you send us via the contact form or by email.
  • Technical data — cookies and similar data needed to run the cart, keep you signed in and keep the site secure.
03

How we use it & legal bases

We only use your data where the law allows. Our legal bases under Article 6 GDPR are:

  • Performance of a contract — to process orders, take payment, print custom items and arrange delivery via An Post.
  • Legal obligation — to keep tax, VAT and accounting records as required by Irish law.
  • Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud, secure the site, respond to enquiries, and send abandoned-cart reminders to customers who started a checkout.
  • Consent — where you opt in to marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
04

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted processors who help us run the business:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • An Post — order delivery (name and delivery address only).
  • Email & hosting providers — to send order and enquiry emails and to host the website.
  • Google — if you choose to sign in with Google.

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to run the site — keeping your cart, remembering your session when signed in, and keeping the site secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but some features (like the cart) may not work properly if you do.

08

How we protect your data

Payments are handled by Stripe over encrypted connections, and we never store your card details. Access to customer data is restricted, and data is transmitted over secure (HTTPS) connections. No online service can be 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
