Terms & Refunds

This website is operated by Addiction Graphics, a graphics business based in Ireland selling stickers, slap stickers, car vinyl decals and clothing, including custom-printed items. Contact: info@addictiongraphics.ie.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and take payment. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or a custom design breaches these terms — and will refund you in full if we do.

All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Shipping is added at checkout based on our An Post rates and your delivery region.

We ship via An Post. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary — especially for international orders and during busy periods. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please give an accurate delivery address; we're not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address.

For custom items you upload artwork or a design. By doing so you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork, or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or contain unlawful, offensive or hateful content. You keep ownership of your artwork; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to produce and deliver your order.

We may decline to print any design at our discretion. Custom items are made to your specification, which affects your cancellation rights (see Part B).

All original designs, artwork, logos and site content created by Addiction Graphics remain our property. You may not copy, resell or reproduce our designs without written permission.

We provide the site and products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. As a consumer you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your own country.

If you're a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days without giving a reason, under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

The 14-day cooling-off period runs from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To cancel, just email info@addictiongraphics.ie with your order number before the 14 days are up.

After cancelling, return the goods to us within 14 days, unused and in their original condition. You cover the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you've sent them), to your original payment method via Stripe. We may reduce the refund if returned items show handling beyond what's needed to check them.

The 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised — for example custom stickers, custom decals and custom-printed clothing using your artwork or text. Because these are produced just for you, they can't be cancelled or returned once we've started production, unless they arrive faulty or not as ordered.

This is separate from the cooling-off period and applies to all orders, including custom items. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or full refund (including any delivery and return costs). Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law are not affected.
